Atlanta Food & Wine Festival
The Atlanta Food & Wine Festival attracts foodies from all over the country. This event is dedicated to Southern food cuisines and traditions, and it gives attendees a wide selection of local food and wine tastings. More than 250 restaurants attend the event, which means you’ll find something for every type of food preference.

Atlanta Ice Cream Festival
Atlanta has dedicated an entire festival to celebrate the best ice cream flavors in the city. This delicious annual ice cream festival was created to celebrate the local community by sharing ice cream and spreading fitness awareness. In addition to hundreds of ice cream desserts, the event also has free yoga classes, Hula-Hoop competitions, complimentary health screenings, and live local entertainment.
Dragon Con
Dragon Con is Atlanta’s pop and multimedia convention. The event brings together fans from many industries including gaming, literature, music, and comic books. Dragon Con features more than 60 special guests across all genres and thousands of fans dressed in cosplay attire.
Costume contests bring out the creativity of many guests with categories in cosplay, masquerade, Miss Star Trek, Star Wars, and a video gaming costuming contest. The event also hosts autograph sessions, live performances, and a costume parade.
Music Midtown
Music Midtown is perhaps one of the biggest outdoor music festivals in the state of Georgia. You’ll discover six different stages offering entertainment from some of the biggest names in music.
In previous years, the Music Midtown event has featured performances from various artists such as Bruno Mars, Blink-182, and Big Sean. The event also features local food vendors, VIP seating areas, and a Ferris wheel experience that overlooks the festival.
The Atlanta International Auto Show
The Atlanta International Auto Show has been a favorite event in the Atlanta area since 1909. The show consists of more than 400,000 square feet of the latest designs and biggest manufacturers in the auto industry, making it one of the largest events in the entire U.S. Southeast. The event gives you the opportunity to view the newly released vehicles, as well as vehicles that are still in pre-production. Although the date for the 2019 auto show has not yet been set, you can expect it to take place at some point in March 2019.
