It used to be possible only in the realm of science fiction and Hollywood, but beginning today, Intrepy Tours, a Montreal-based tour company is offering travelers the opportunity to travel to the center of the earth in a specially made vehicle capable of entering a volcano, traveling through the crust, past the mantle, through the outer core, to the center of the inner core, otherwise known as The Center of the Earth.

“They said I was crazy,” said Noah Tamsayin, founder and visionary behind Intrepy Tours. “They said, ‘Noah’ your vehicle will be crushed from the pressure. They said that we’d never ever make it past the mantle. Well, now that I’ve successfully gone there and come back and you don’t hear them saying shit anymore, do you?” Noah quipped.
The tour leaves from The Bardarbunga Volcano in Iceland and comes at a price tag of $10,000. When asked who would pay so much, Noah became agitated and declared, “Anyone who bloody well wants to get to the center of the earth!”
Inner Core Or Inner Crazy?
When asked what one could expect to find at the center of the earth, Noah said, “Listen . . . here there be dragons, mysteries, diamonds, allure, things that make normal things crazy and crazy things that make crazy things normal.”
When asked if the journey was safe, Noah became pensive and said, “People may die, but this is the cost of progress. People have died, but it was only Sarah. . . And I told Sarah not to open the door when we were going through the mantel. I said, ‘Sarah, you get away from that door, you hear!’ But she thought that there were diamonds there, so nothing could be done.”
Noah then got up from the table where we were conducting our interview and said, “Listen to me, they tell you that the dinosaurs are all extinct? I tell you that they’ve simply gone underground. I know things, I’ve seen things that would make you tremble.”
Noah then headed for the door while declaring, “To the center! To the center!”
